Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at mail@anselm.nl of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) before the 14-day period has expired.

Once we have received your returned item(s) in original condition, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described.
